A special delivery on Tuesday at Ecumen Lakeshore and Diamond Willow in Duluth. Students from Lester Park Elementary dropped off decorated trees as part of their Giving Tree Project.

Lachlan Stotts, a 4th grader, told us, "It made me feel good, to see people getting the trees. It's good to see the smiles on their faces."

The whole school gets involved. And Ecumen folks were happy to welcome them in, because last year, no one was allowed in due to COVID. "It's different this year, certainly compared to last year. More normalcy, even though we're wearing masks and have screening to keep our community safe. We're so excited to welcome visitors and families, and having children in here today is so exciting. We're trying to add that extra sparkle back," Jena Evans shared. She's the Community Life Director.

At another facility, St. Ann's, they took are welcoming visitors and families in. Their activities are back up and running, with some social distancing.
