Power has been restored to the 911 operating systems in Cook and St Louis County.

Carlton County is experiencing a phone outage that is affecting their 911 operating systems.

All phone lines into and out of Carlton County 911 Dispatch are down, including 911.

The county is currently working to repair the outage. You can text emergencies to 911 or you call 218-451-6843.

We will notify the public when both issues have been resolved.
