Video: Big donation for the Lake County Humane Society

There were lots of smiles at Lake County Humane Society on Friday. LCHS, in Two Harbors was chosen by Miller Hill Subaru for the 2020 Subaru Share the Love Campaign, and they stopped by to drop off the proceeds from their Share the Love event. The annual campaign hit a new record in 2020. Miller Hill Subaru presented LCHS with a check for $23,345.
This was the largest donation made to a local charity since the campaign began 13 years ago.

The Share the Love campaign ran from mid-November to January 2nd, 2021. Customers who purchased or leased a new Subaru could pick from four National Charities or hometown charity, Lake County Humane Society to receive a $250 donation from Subaru.
LCHS is a Two Harbors-based 501 (c) (3) nonprofit Humane Society organization that works to help homeless pets find their forever homes. They plan to use the donation to spay and neuter their animals, additional storage and new windows.
