Scholarship Amount: $1000.00 

Application Requirements: 

● The student must be a Cook County High School graduating senior. 

● The student must have a parent or grandparent who is a veteran. 

● The student must receive their post-secondary education. 

The Award Will Be Based On: 

● Parent / Grandparent who is a veteran 

● Essay 

Distribution of Funds: 

Scholarship funds will be payable upon receipt of a copy of the fee statement from the educational institution. The award check will be made payable to the institution where the student will attend.
