The Cook County Emergency Operations Center (EOC), in conjunction with Cook County Public Health and Human Services (PHHS), has launched a new application on the EOC's COVID-19 hub.

The application provides information on health and community service agencies for the Cook County community, said EOC Incident Co-Commander Grace Grinager.  After opening the app, users can access resource information by clicking on an icon on the map, by entering a facility name or address in the search bar, or by clicking on the service directory link on the left side of the page.

"The new application provides a centralized source for health and community service agencies," said Grinager. "We are fortunate to have both the resources highlighted in this application and the technology staff who can help us harness these resources in such a user-friendly manner."

The application is available at www.cookcountycovid19.org/.
