If you enjoy watching old movies and like to share the experience with others, please consider joining with community friends at the Cook County Community Center. A free oldy but goody film will be showing at 6:00 pm on select Fridays in January, February, and March. Bring a friend, bring a snack, bring a pillow for your chair, and bring yourself: open to being entertained by comedy, romance, mystery, or noir genres or a combination!

January 24 The Last Time I Saw Paris (1954) Romantic drama, with Elizabeth Taylor and Van Johnson

January 31 Laura (1944) Noir, murder mystery with Dana Andrews and Gene Tierney

February 14 Cyrano De Bergerac (1950) Swashbuckling comedy and some romance with Jose Ferrer and Mala Powers

February 28 Citizen Kane (1941) Drama, with Orson Welles, Dorothy Comingore and Joseph Cotten

March 14 Algiers (1938) Drama, with Hedy Lamarr, Sigrid Gurie and Charles Boyer
