Care Partner’s annual “Light Up a Life” offers community members the opportunity to celebrate the life of loved ones during the holiday season. Each donation helps light a tree of remembrance located in front of Johnson Heritage Post. All are invited to the Tree-Lighting Ceremony which will be held at JHP on Thursday, December 12th at 5:30 pm. Care Partners staff and retired pastor Mary Ellen Ashcroft will lead participants in a time of reflection and connection, with the opportunity to share brief stories and memories of loved ones who have died. Special music will be provided by Erick Hahn, and light refreshments will be served.
