CCHE Fundraiser (Afternoon Tea): Maladies of Monarchs, Why Does it Matter?
Join us for Cook County Higher Education's "Afternoon Tea" Fundraiser on September 18th at the Johnson Heritage Post! Doors open at 6:15 PM, kicking off with a Silent Auction and a tempting array of desserts and drinks. Don't forget to 'Rent a Hat' if you're looking to add some extra charm to your outfit—or bring your own stylish addition from home! At 6:45 PM, get ready to be fascinated by Karen Halbersleben’s engaging presentation, "Maladies of Monarchs: Why Does it Matter if the King Gets Sick?"
General admission is $50, which includes access to all the evening's activities. For those desiring a royal-like experience, a $75 package offers even more: a delightful bag of swag to bring joy and comfort on even the most challenging of days, an indulgent Pimm's cup to savor, and the privilege of first pick of seating for the presentation.
