Join Cook County Public Health, Cook County Higher Education, and the Minnesota Community Health Worker Alliance (MNCHWA) in learning more about how Community Health Workers (CHWs) can support your work.

This informational session will cover: How does someone become a CHW? What supports exist? (Scholarships available!) How can I become a CHW apprenticeship site?
