The 2023 Gunflint Mail Run Sled Dog Race will be held Saturday, January 7th at Trail Center Lodge.  The Mail Run features a 12-dog 100-mile race and an 8-dog 65-mile race.  Both races start, lay-over, and finish at Trail Center Lodge.  Trail Center Lodge is located midway up the iconic Gunflint Trail. Spectators are encouraged but please leave your pets at home!  

The Mail Run relies on the help of over 80 volunteers to provide a safe and successful event.  Volunteers are needed at a variety of road crossings.  Sign up online at:
