In this 1 1/2 hour workshop, we'll cover the basics of writing SMART goals and help you through any "WRITER'S BLOCK". We'll cover how to ensure goals are achievable, but with "stretch", and we'll dig into the concept of measuring accomplishment- how to use data, benchmarking, and other tools to ensure that your goals are meaningful.
