Our breath is a simple but powerful tool. We each take approximately 20,000 breaths a day. Taking control of your breath means lots of opportunities to tap into that power to ground and center ourselves. During this class, we will explore simple techniques to bring a natural calm to both body & mind as well as cultivate several different practices to support your day-to-day well-being. This class is perfect for everyone that is seeking a little calm in the storm of life.
Instructor: Brigette Nies lives on the beautiful Northshore in Grand Marais, MN & is the owner of Ancient Traditions Healing. Brigette’s journey into the healing arts began in 1997 when she enrolled in the massage therapy program at the Institute of Natural Healing Sciences.
