Chair Yoga/Yoga Instructor: Nancy Giguere, Registered Yoga Instructor Nancy began her study of Yoga in here 50s and is especially interested in working with older & “non-typical” students. Her classes emphasize the development of mindful awareness through explorations of range of motion, alignment, strengthening, function, breathing, and relaxation. The Class - Sitting in a chair or standing using the chair for support, you’ll explore the mind-body connection through yoga postures and other forms of movement. The class explores range of motion, alignment, strengthening, function, breathing & relaxation.
