Tyler; Board-Certified Instructor Having discovered the benefits of Tai Chi in his sixties, Bruce is particularly interested in working with older adults to maintain and improve their functional movement and balance, help prevent falls, and provide opportunities for social interaction. Why do people practice Tai chi?
