Begin 2021 with a comprehensive and fun plan for positive aging! Care Partners is pleased to offer the Aging Mastery Program (AMP), a ten-week virtual health and wellness course for persons 55 and over. Developed by the National Council on Aging, AMP empowers older adults to make and maintain small changes that can have a big impact. The classes explore healthy living, financial fitness, advanced planning, meaningful relationships, community engagement and more. Online classes will be held on Wednesdays from 1:30 – 3:15pm beginning January 13th. A suggested donation of $50 includes all course materials.
