Join Adrea to learn the science behind how gratitude can improve general well-being, increase resilience, strengthen social relationships, and reduce stress and depression. This webinar will go over the science, research and facts of gratitude, and provide you with several simple gratitude practices you can begin to integrate into your daily life.

Presenter: Adrea Beres, MSW, LICSW

Adrea Beres holds a license as an independent clinical social worker (LICSW) through the State of Minnesota. Adrea worked in the public health field for 5 years and then nearly a decade in the mental health field, primarily working with trauma survivors. She has formal training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, grief support, and mindfulness and has incorporated those skills into her work with clients throughout the years. She is interested in the study of neurobiology and how the use of gratitude, self-compassion, meditation, and somatics can rewire the brain to provide long lasting healing from trauma. Outside of her mental health work, Adrea is also an artist and herbalist.
