It's Try Day Friday and the Cook County YMCA welcomes all local residents to come in for a free visit on Fridays. Residents also get the join fee waived if they start a new membership on a Friday. That is a savings of up to $60!

Bring your ID showing your local address and enjoy everything the Y has to offer. Come on in to use the pool, sauna, hot tub, walking track, and weight/cardio room. Play pickleball from 10am-12pm.  Join one of the group workouts: Balance and Flex at 6:15 am, Water Fitness at 9:00 am, Yoga at 11:00 am, Active Together at 12:15 pm, and Cardio Step Together at 4:15 pm.
