Weekly-- 7-8 PM at First Congregational Church, 300 West 2nd St, Grand Marais
Meditation instruction & Room manners/etiquette instruction at 6:30 PM. 7PM--closed door 20 minute meditation; 7:20--open door 10 minute silent walking practice; 7:30--closed door 20 minute meditation; 7:50--formal exit.
