Portable Boreal Observatory Program Chik-Wauk Museum and Nature Center is very fortunate to be working with the University of Minnesota Duluth this summer. UMD will set up their Portable Boreal Observatory on Thursday's in the Nature Center. It may not be nighttime but the UMD has a way to take visitors on a nature walk through space. Visitors will be able to view the night sky and travel the cosmos from inside the Chik-Wauk Nature Center. Times will be 3:00 pm 3:30 pm 4:00 pm Each lasting about 20 minutes.
