Vegan Brazilian Crepe Cooking Class

Join us to learn vegan Brazilian crepe cooking—both sweet & savory varieties! Instructor, Leticia Novais, has been a vegetarian for 19 years, and grew up eating this fabulous food. Also known as Brazilian street food, the crepes are both flavorful and easy to make. Come prepared to eat what you make.
Using traditional tapioca starch from the manioc root, makes these crepes gluten-free, as well as vegan!
$20 for members, $25 for non-members. (Please pay at the cash register or call the Co-op at 218-387-2503 with your credit card to hold your place in this deliciously fun class!)
