Kettlebells at the Y $

A form of weight training that uses a weighted ball with a handle. Kettlebell exercises are whole-body exercises requiring full body integration and core stabilization. It is sure to build strength and elevate the heart rate for effective cardiovascular training. $ Requires pre-registration and will be running in 6 week sessions
