Have you ever wondered why two children in the same family can be so different? Have you ever wondered how your own strengths influence your parenting style? Parenting with our kids strengths in mind is about encouraging children to pursue what they're naturally good at. In this session, we'll use introduce various individual strengths-finding tools based on decades of research and analysis, and we'll discuss how focusing on strengths can improve our children's resilience, stress levels, and well-being.
Taught by Lori Rothstein, a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach.
