May 11 - 14 | 4 days | 9 am - 4 pm Students who have mastered the basic techniques of their medium and wish to hone the ideas in their work or experiment with new ideas and techniques will thrive in this open-media format. Students will create a body of work shaped by individual concerns and are free to work in their medium of choice, including paint, sculpture, photography, drawing, sewing, and collage. The class will include time for visioning, writing, and individual tutorials as well as presentation and discussion. Prerequisite: Two years of art training or the equivalent.
