The Grand Marais Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 7 at 5:15 PM at City Hall to review a Planned Unit Development (PUD) proposal.

Project Details:
• Location: 601 & 651 W 3rd Street
• Proposal: Björkberg Grand Marias19 townhomes + 2 single-family homes
• A PUD requires a conditional use permit
