* WHAT...Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 46 below zero. 

* WHERE... Cook and Lake Counties. This includes the Tribal Lands of the Grand Portage Reservation. This also includes the Boundary Waters eastern and central area. 

* WHEN...Until 10 AM CST this morning. 

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 45 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures.
