The online application for individuals to apply for an e-Bike Rebate Certificate that went live on June 5 is experiencing technical issues. The Minnesota Department of Revenue, Minnesota IT Services, and their external technology vendors engaged in the e-Bike Rebate Program continue to work to understand and fix the technical issues on the application site, which is hosted by an external vendor. The site is currently unavailable until further notice. 

The e-bike bill legislation directed the rebates to be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to this provision, we will provide additional information on when the application will be open so that potential applicants can plan ahead. You can sign up to receive these updates directly.
