From the Minnesota Department of Transportation - Updated on May 30, 2024, originally posted on May 21, 2024

May 30, 2024 - Due to weather, the Minnesota Department of Transportation has postponed the planned mill and overlay pavement work on Hwy 61 northbound of Two Harbors at Silver Creek to May 30 and 31. Motorists can expect single-lane traffic with flaggers while work is occurring.

Grading will take place at Stewart River and Silver Creek during the same time, and motorists can expect shoulder closures for that work.
