President Joe Biden will visit Superior Thursday to promote his “Investing in America” agenda and, likely, a massive infrastructure investment in the Blatnik Bridge replacement project.

Biden is expected to land in the Twin Ports Thursday morning and then travel to Superior for a speech sometime Thursday afternoon.
