Is your child considering participating in a sport in the upcoming 2022-2023 school year? The MN State High School League requires student-athletes to complete an Athletic Physical Exam every three years. If you are unsure of the date of your child’s last Athletic Physical Exam, call the clinic at (218) 387-2330.

July 19th, 20th, 21st, 26th, 27th, 28th, and 29th
August 4th, 10th, and 12th

Important notes:
• Student-athletes must be accompanied by a parent/guardian if under the age of 18
• Exams must be completed before the first practice of the season
