Happy Spring, GES Families!

It's so good to be able to finally say that it looks like spring is here!  Yay!  With the change in weather, the winter items in the Lost & Found have been forgotten.  There are very nice hats, gloves and jackets that will be brought to the thrift store when school ends.  Please remind your child to check for missing items - and check it out yourself, when you come for Portfolio Night (sign up info below)!

There are a lot of activities taking place in the last weeks of school.  Please check the Dates & Events section, below.  There have been updates added since last week.

In the Classrooms:

The Wolves just returned from an overnight trip to the International Wolf Center in Ely!  They had a great time learning about wolves, viewing recently updated exhibits, and observing them up close.  They also had the opportunity to sleep next to the wolves (but, inside the building) in a thunderstorm!  What an awesome experience!

Regular Covid 19 testing continues to be available for school age students and school staff Wednesdays at the Cook County Community Center between 2:00-4:00 pm. Please find below the dates and links for Routine Testing opportunities in for the remainder of the school year.

Students love to look at the yearbook and remember the events of the school year!  Please place your child's yearbook order using the form in this LINK.  Orders are DUE MONDAY, MAY 23.
