Artists are making a comeback in the Northland this year at the 27th annual Two Harbors Art Fair.

The fair runs from August 13th to August 15th, with so many different art mediums to check out. There's ceramics, glassware, jewelry, photography, painting, and sculptures! And it's all located in the heart of Two Harbors right off of Highway 61.

"We’ve got artists that come in from the Duluth area, as far as Grand Marais, the North Shore area, and some come up from the Twin Cities as well," says Event Coordinator Christine Williams. She is very happy that even more artisits were able to come back to sell the creations they made during quarentine.

"My pottery was just stacking up! And I just said well and one of these days we're going to have shows again," says Mary Augustyn, who is a potter and had her ceramics on display. She says Saturday morning she probbaly sold about a quarter of her pottery alone.

Photographer Vince Quast is also happy for the sales that the fair has brought to his art and continues to to say, "please come out to support the artist! It is so important to us. And the community just really took a tough, tough hit. But you know we are rebounding pretty good this year, but we have a long ways to go."
