June is Pride month, and while many celebrations happened across the county Saturday, the town of Grand Marais had a Pride Fest of their own.
People gathered at Grand Marais Harbor Park with signs and flags to march through the town.
After the march, there were speeches by community leaders and musical performances.
Pride month commemorates the Stonewall Riots in 1969, where LGBTQ+ New Yorkers rose up against unfair and discriminatory laws.
Anyone was welcome to attend and support the LGBTQ+ community.
