From the Cook County Emergency Operations Center and Public Health - February 15, 2021

Officials from the Cook County Emergency Operations Center and Public Health announced today that county residents age 65 or older are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine this Thursday, February 18 at the Cook County Community Center. 

Registration is required for this and all future vaccine events. Visit the Cook County COVID-19 hub site at www.cookcountycovid19.org for a link to complete the online registration. To register, individuals will need provide: 

• Name, address, phone number and date of birth  
• A valid email address 

Assistance is available for those who do not have internet access or need additional help signing up for an appointment. Call (218) 387-3668 or email [email protected] or reach out to a trusted friend, family member or service provider.  

For current information on vaccine distribution, please visit the Cook County COVID-19 hub site at www.cookcountycovid19.org. Cook County Public Health will continue to post information about who is currently eligible to register for a vaccine as well as how people in that group can sign up.  Registration for weekly vaccine events will open each Monday at 8 am.
