The Cook County Recycling Center will be increasing its regular operating hours by opening the facility to the public for dropping off recyclable materials on Saturday’s.  This change will be effective starting this week on Saturday, February 13th.

The operating hours for Saturdays going forward will be from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

We anticipate that there will be a large turn-out for dropping materials off at least over the first few Saturdays, and we ask that you still adhere to the CDC guidelines for the use of the drop off bay, and that if there is a line of cars waiting that you do not block the Fire Hall driveway.

The Recycling Center Hours are Now:

Mondays  11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Tuesdays  9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Wednesdays  9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Thursdays   9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Saturdays  9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
