Registration Information for Vaccination Event for Cook County Residents Age 65 and Older on Thursday

Officials from the Cook County Emergency Operations Center and Public Health announced today that county residents age 65 or older are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine this Thursday, February 11 at the Cook County Community Center.
Registration is required for this and all future vaccine events. Visit the Cook County COVID-19 hub site at www.cookcountycovid19.org for a link to complete the online registration. To register, individuals will need provide:
- Name, address, phone number and date of birth
- A valid email address
Assistance is available for those who do not have internet access or need additional help signing up for an appointment. Call (218) 387-3668 or email [email protected] or reach out to a trusted friend, family member or service provider.
For current information on vaccine distribution, please visit the Cook County COVID-19 hub site at www.cookcountycovid19.org. Cook County Public Health will continue to post information about who is currently eligible to register for a vaccine as well as how people in that group can sign up. Registration for weekly vaccine events will open each Monday at 8 am.
