By now, we’re familiar with the basic precautions that help us to avoid COVID-19:  wearing a face covering, maintain at least 6 feet of distance between ourselves and other people that we don’t live with, keeping gatherings with others small and outside, and practicing good hand hygiene.

But did you know that in addition to those life-saving precautions, we have even more tools in our “Infection Protection” toolbox? They'll help keep us safe from whatever infectious storms are raging, whether it’s colds, flu, or COVID-19.

Read "Infection Protection" to learn more about:

  • Four tools to optimize your immune system response
  • Two behaviors that can weaken your ability to fight off germs
  • Questions to ask if you're considering taking supplements to boost your immune system.

Make sure that you're up-to-date on "Infection Protection!"  Follow this link to read the newsletter.   https://sawtoothmountainclinic.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/TOMNovInfectionProtection.pdf

Remember - we have a
library of newsletters that cover topics from "Sweet Dreams" (how to get a better night's sleep) to "Humble Heros" (common foods that pack a nutritious punch) and a whole lot more.  Check it out!
