Per Joyce Scott, Public Relations Coordinator at the Silver Bay Veterans Home, residents are in need of easy models and crafts, 330 piece puzzles and gift cards for Amazon and Walmart.  They are also planning to make their gardens extra special this year due to Covid-19.  The Silver Bay Veterans Home normally does a great deal of public outings with their residents which more likely than not will be curtailed greatly by Covid-19. 

All donations are greatly appreciated by our Veterans and their families as well as the home’s employees.   Several Cook County Veterans reside in the Silver Bay Veterans Home as well.
