Dangerous Wind Chills will affect the Thursday morning commute again, with temperatures from 10 to 20 below and wind chill values of 25 to 35 below zero. Mostly sunny skies are expected Thursday, which will aid in a gradual warm-up which starts Thursday. High temperatures will rise to between 15 and 25 degrees above this afternoon. Tonight low temperatures will only fall to between zero and 15 above.

A sharp increase in temperatures is expected to begin Friday and is forecast through the weekend into early next week.
