Chris Stevens of New Richmond WI finished first in the 26 mile race with a time of 1 hour, 50 minutes and 53 second. Stevens had finished third in the 2019 race. Tomas Olek and Tanner Olek, from Roberts and Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin respectively, finished in second and third. The top female finisher was Megan Barr of Minneapolis.
In the 15 mile short course race, Jared Scheel of St. Paul finished first with a time of 1 hour, 16 minutes and 19 seconds. Scheel had finished fifth in the 2019 short course race. Jeremy Pomeroy of Marshfield, WI finished in second with Cameron Even of Minneapolis coming in third. The top female finisher was Christina Spencer of Chaska, MN.
Awards were scheduled to be made at the Cascade Restaurant and Public in Lutsen Saturday afternoon.
