Notice of Cook County Community Funding Application

August 16, 2019 – Cook County’s mission, supporting community through quality public service,addresses the importance of the community we live in. Cook County has a history of supporting community through grants benefitting non-profits organizations that enhance our community through their support of arts and culture. Applicants must demonstrate a public purpose for their request and complete the entire application. This year we anticipate having approximately $15,000 available to support these requests. Fund availability subject to final budget approval by the Cook County Board.

Priority will be given to organizations that address equitable access to programs and that promote community participation. Review of requests will begin September 16, 2019 and we hope to notify applicants before September 30, 2019.
