Sawtooth Mountain Clinic's Board of Directors and Rita Plourde, CEO, are pleased to announce that after a 9-month Sawtooth Mountain Clinic Board of Director's search process, 125 applicants, an extremely detailed, respectful and professional review, interview and selection process, Kate Surbaugh, RN has been chosen as SMC’s next CEO! 

SMC’s Board President, Carol DeSain, shared the news with the entire SMC staff on Wednesday morning.

Board members, staff, and Rita are thrilled and honored to welcome Kate to her new position.

At this time, no transition plan has been discussed or finalized.
