Six North Shore Resorts Sold in Real Estate Deal

ix North Shore resorts have been sold in a real estate deal.
The Star Tribune says the sale involves properties owned by Odyssey Resorts. They are as follows:
- Beacon Pointe, Duluth
- Breezy Point Cabins, Two Harbors
- Caribou Highlands, Lutsen
- East Bay Suites, Grand Marais
- Grand Superior Lodge, Two Harbors
- Larsmont Cottages, Two Harbors
The paper reports Blackburn Investment Management, which is a private equity firm in Minneapolis, is the primary owner. They teamed up with Madison Hospitality Group and other investors for the sale. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
Officials with Odyssey says around 90,000 people stay in one of their properties per year, according to the Star Tribune.
