From CBS 3 News - July 24, 2019

WEDNESDAY:

The high pressure cell will slide to the southeast somewhat but still have enough oomph to clear our sky.  In fact, there should be no chance of rogue showers popping up anywhere.  High temps will be 80-85 inland and 75-80 by Lake Superior.  The wind will be NW 5-10 mph.

THURSDAY-FRIDAY:

Thursday should be sunny during the day due to the final throes of the high.  Then, clouds begin to increase Thursday night as a low pressure and warm front begin to move toward the Northland.  Thursday’s low will be 60 with a high of 83.  The low takes over Friday and the sky will be partly sunny with a 50% chance for showers and thunderstorms.  Temps Friday will start with a low of 64 and finish with a high of 83.

WEEKEND:

Saturday looks pleasant with a mix of clouds and sunshine and highs in the mid 80s. A low pressure system develops and moves in for Sunday, bringing with it a chance of showers and thunderstorms. Models differ on the track of this system, but I have increased the rain chances to 40%. Highs will remain in the low to mid 80s with lows in the upper 50s to mid 60s.
