Care Partners to host Caregiver Appreciation luncheon Wednesday at Naniboujou

Media Release from Care Partners - April 22, 2019
Care Partners, with support from the Opp Hvidston Foundation, is hosting a Caregiver Appreciation Luncheon on Wednesday, May 8 at Naniboujou Lodge. Caregiving for a parent, spouse, or older friend or neighbor can be challenging. You are invited to join other caregivers in the county to enjoy a delicious luncheon, a short panel of caregivers, and leisurely time to visit, enjoy the lake shore or a few activities.
We ask that you register by calling Care Partners at 387-3788 by April 30, and if you can, contribute $5 toward the cost of the meal.
Caregivers are welcome to bring the person in their care, if that makes it easier. An adjacent area will be staffed with volunteers if they need some activity. If a respite volunteer in your home is a better solution, please call Care Partners to see if that is possible.
