North Shore Pharmacy to close its doors for good

In a print ad placed in the April 5th edition of The Cook County News Herald, North Shore Pharmacy owner Corey Malstrom announced the closure of the pharmacy effective April 19. All prescriptions on file at North Shore Pharmacy have been transferred to Grand Marais Pharmacy according to the announcement.
In the annoucnement ad, Mr. Malstrom cited his recent marriage and desire to start a family in the Duluth area. "I am humbled to have had the opportunity to establish my career in a community as unique as Grand Marais; it will permanently hold a warm place in my heart and remains special place to visit with our family", the ad's text stated.
North Shore Pharmacy customers can contact Grand Marais Pharmacy at 218-387-2110 regarding their prescriptions.
