The Cook County Silver Bay team skied hard and fast on Wednesday at the State Meet at Giants Ridge in Biwabik.

Cook County-Silver Bay senior Reilly Wahlers, racing in her sixth state meet, went out in style. Her 1:14.88 was good for a career-best 10th.

"It's just awesome," Vikings coach Charles Lamb said. "She left it all out there. Reilly is a very hard worker and totally dedicated, so she deserves this."
