The second phase of the Nordic Star Development is done, and four more single-family workforce houses are now up for sale.

These houses are currently available to households earning up to 115 percent of state median income, which is $96,900. 

Each of the four homes is single level, heated by propane, come with electric appliances and has three bedrooms, one bathroom, and is hooked up to city water ad electric.

The houses have 1,000 square feet of finished space and either a one or two car attached garage.
