Here is a schedule of Outdoors Shows across the region this winter.

St. Paul Ice Fishing and Winter Sports Show

Nov. 30-Dec. 2, 2018

St. Paul RiverCentre — St. Paul

Friday: 1-8 p.m.

Saturday: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Sunday: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

With more than 190 exhibits, the St. Paul Ice Show is the largest consumer show dedicated to the interests of ice fishing and winter sports enthusiasts. Jason Durham, “Tackle” Terry Tuma and Jason Mitchell will present seminars, along with many other elite ice anglers. Admission is $12 for adults, $5 for ages 6 to 12 and free for kids 5 and younger.

Arrowhead Ice Fishing and Winter Show

Dec. 7-9, 2018

Duluth Entertainment Convention Center — Duluth

Friday: Noon-8 p.m.

Saturday: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Sunday: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Vendors will showcase new ice fishing rods, reels, lures, terminal tackle, augers and ice shelters, and many will offer show-exclusive discounts. The Frozen Basin trout tank is stocked with rainbow trout that can be caught through an artificial sheet of ice. Catch a tagged fish to earn gift certificates that can be redeemed at participating exhibitors. Admission is $10 for 13 and older, free for 12 and younger.

Minnesota Sportsmen’s, Boat, Camping & Vacation Show

Jan. 10-13, 2019

St. Paul RiverCentre — St. Paul

Thursday: 2-9 p.m.

Friday: Noon-9 p.m.

Saturday: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Sunday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

This show is an ideal venue for researching and booking your next vacation. Boat and RV dealers will display new boat and camper models, along with docks, lifts and other accessories. Many vendors offer show-exclusive discounts. Other activities include Bwana Jim’s Wildlife Show and Ron and Raven’s Kids’ Fishing Workshop. Admission is $12 for adults, $2.50 for students 6 to 12 and free for children 5 and younger.

Minneapolis Boat Show

Jan. 24-27, 2019

Minneapolis Convention Center — Minneapolis

Thursday: 2-9 p.m.

Friday: Noon-9 p.m.

Saturday: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Sunday: 10 a.m. -5 p.m.

The Minneapolis Boat Show ranks among the best events to compare a variety of boat models from dozens of manufacturers. Dealers are on hand to answer questions and demonstrate features, and many offer show-exclusive deals and incentives. The show website also provides printable forms to organize your research. Admission is $14 for adults, free for 12 and younger.

St. Cloud River’s Edge Convention Center — St. Cloud, Minn.

Sunday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Exhibitors include many resorts, lodges and camps from across the Midwest and Canada, along with boat and RV dealers and tackle manufacturers. Several vendors offer show-exclusive discounts on new products. A number of fishing seminars are scheduled for each day of the show that are sure to improve your angling skills. Admission is $8 for adults, $2.50 for ages 6 to 12 and free for ages 5 and younger.

Duluth Boat, Sports, Travel & RV Show

Feb. 13-17, 2019

Duluth Entertainment Convention Center — Duluth

Saturday: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

In addition to the long list of boat and RV dealers, hunting and fishing gear manufacturers and resorts and lodges, this show includes a number of educational and entertaining attractions. The Extreme Raptor Show features a traveling collection of birds of prey, and the Pheasants Forever Youth Village has indoor BB gun, archery and slingshot ranges. Admission is $10 for adults, $6 for ages 6 to 17 and free for ages 5 and younger.

Red River Valley Sportsmen’s Boat, Camping & Vacation Show

Feb. 28-Mar. 3, 2019

Fargodome — Fargo

Thursday: 5-9 p.m.

Friday: Noon-9 p.m.

Saturday: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Sunday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

This show is held in North Dakota, but is traditionally well attended by Gopher State outdoors enthusiasts. RV and boat dealers will display new models, and other vendors will showcase the latest hunting and fishing gear. Kids will enjoy fishing the trout pond and Kids Fishing Workshop staffed by pros from Scheels on Saturday and Sunday. Admission is $10 for adults, $2.50 for ages 6 to 12 and free for ages 5 and younger.

Outdoor News Deer & Turkey Classic

Mar. 8-10, 2019

Warner Coliseum, State Fairgrounds — St. Paul.

Friday: 1-9 p.m.

Saturday: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Hunting seminar headliners include TV show hosts Tom Miranda, Melissa Bachman and Laramy “Sasquatch” Miller. Representatives from the Minnesota Official Scorers will be on hand for free antler scoring. The Wild Trails Kids Zone features BB gun and archery ranges, a trout pond, a rubber-band shoot and more. Admission is $12 for adults, $5 for ages 10 to 15 and free for ages 9 and younger.

With a long list of exhibitors, fishing seminar speakers and other activities, the Northwest Sportshow ranks among the largest and most attended outdoors shows in the Midwest. Kids’ activities include a trout pond and a create-a-crankbait workshop. And don’t miss the National Freshwater Fishing Hall of Fame induction ceremony on Saturday afternoon. Admission is $14 for adults, free for ages 12 and younger.
