Arrowhead Storm Restorations – Update October 8, 2018

Arrowhead crews restored electric services to all members by the afternoon of Saturday, October 6, 2018.  Arrowhead thanks our members for their support and patience as our crews worked diligently and safely to complete these restorations.  Storm damage from Wednesday, October 3, 2018, caused the largest sustained power outage that Arrowhead members have experienced in the last 8 years.

Arrowhead Cooperative and True North crews continue working to restore damage to the fiber system caused by Wednesday’s storm.  If your electric service is restored but you do not have True North service restored, please contact us: 218-663-9030 or 877-602-7769 or [email protected].

We’ll be working on individual outage dispatches throughout this week, with a priority on subscribers with phone service.

The staff and crews at True North appreciate your patience while crews work to safely restore all services to our True North Subscribers.

REMINDER: DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CUT DOWNED TREES ON OR NEAR POWER LINES ON YOUR OWN. ALWAYS assume that a downed power line is still energized and caution should be exercised.
