Motorists traveling through Two Harbors on Minnesota Highway 61 between Eighth and Fourth streets will encounter paving work beginning Monday, Oct. 1.

Sixth Street will be closed and a flagging operation will be in place. Street signals in the area will be “flashing red," functioning as a stop sign.

No parking is permitted within the flagging area and an 11-foot width restriction is in place.
